Eligibility and Mechanics
- The All Stars 08 Luzon 2 Regionals is an OPEN Tournament, meaning everyone can join!
- All Active Freestyle Players with existing Freestyle accounts
- Must Register First to join and pay the registration fee of P300 PER TEAM
- Registration fee is inclusive of the following:
- 3 Gamer SIMs
- 3 pcs of 50 LU Load
- 3 FS Baller’s Mousepad
- 3 FS Baller’s Retractable ID Lace
- Registration forms will be available at the entrance of Uplay.Com Internet Cafe
- All teams must have three members
- No level Requirements
- No item limitations
- One member will be designated as the Team Captain and will be in charge of registering and representing the whole team in confirmation of results and technical discussions
- All matches will be held in the Special Events Channel > Arena Mode
- Home court will be determined via toss coin
- Teams that have registered will undergo a single round-robin elimination (single round-robin: each participant plays every other participant once)
- The top 5 teams that has the best Win- Loss record percentage will move on to the playoffs stage

Playoffs Stage
- The top 8 teams (3 Netopia Champions + 5 teams) will battle it out in playoffs format
- All matches will be a race to 2 wins / best of 3 matches. Teams who achieve 2 wins first will win the match
- The Finals match will be a race to 3 wins / best of 5 matches. Teams who achieve 3 wins first will win the match
- All Matches will be held in Arena Mode
- Home court will be determined via toss coin
- Losers’ home court for the succeeding matches

The following are automatically ranked #1, 2 and 3 teams respectively for being Netopia Branch Champions of Luzon 2. They will be on standy by for the top 5 teams of the round-robin eliminations:

- Elite Team with members PKnakii F, Saurio SG, myele C
- Lord Louise with members grrrr14 SG, GOTTHEBALLS SF, Powerflash C
- Blades with members babyface C, 3th3L PF, Daisuke SG

** Tournament format subject to change depending on the number of participants. If more than 8 teams have registered. Format will now be Playoffs Style and all matches will be a race to 2 wins / best of 3 matches. Teams who achieve 2 wins first will win the match. The Finals match will be a race to 3 wins / best of 5 matches. Teams who achieve 3 wins first will win the match **

Duration and Schedules
July 26, 2008 at Uplay.Com Internet Cafe located at Zamora Street, Batangas City, Batangas.

Registration Starts : 10:00AM – 12:00NN
Lunch Time: 12:00NN - 1:00AM
Tournament Starts: 1:00AM onwards until the Luzon 2 Leg Regional Champions is declared!

General Conditions
- Player must have a Freestyle account
- A team consists of 3 players
- A team must be represented of at least 2 unique positions (i.e. 2 Forwards and 1 Guard or 1 Center and 2 Guards etc.)
- The team that has most points at the end of match wins
- GMs/Officials will always have the final say for every match

Disqualification
- Intentional disconnection (ALT F4/Manual DC) will lead to the forfeiture of the match
- For matches with repetitive disconnection concerns, on the 3rd match, the winner will be the team with the highest score
- Failure to arrive on the specified game time will be considered default/opposing team present is handed the match
- Teams/members of the team exhibiting unruly conduct will be disqualified handing the opposing team the match
- GM’s/Officials will always have the final say for every match
