I wasn't lucky enough to be included in the elite people that was able to test the game during the CBT (T.T) but it was a great success for E-Games because of the support it got from the gamers who reported bugs and glitches that were present during the CBT period. Following this was the announcement of the names of the gamers who reached the level cap (lvl50) the fastest.
Open beta testing started on May 24, 2008. My experience with the game during the OBT was great. I experienced minimal to no glitches except for the occasional typo on the NPC dialogues. But be forewarned guys, even though E-Games announced the minimum specs to play this game, you'll need a fairly powerful PC to fully enjoy the Cabal experience. So popular was the game during the OBT, E-Games had to create 2 additional servers to accommodate the ever-growing population of Cabal gamers! Calling the OBT successful would be an understatement that's why last June 12, 2008, E-Games announced the commercial launch of Cabal. And this upcoming June 21, 2008, as per their website, they will have an hold an "inauguration" of sorts at Glorietta Activity Center to formally announce the commercial launch of Cabal here in the Philippines. If you play the game, attending the event is a must since E-Games has announced that they will hold the awarding of their "Grind Fest Promo" on that event. As a certified "cabalist" I'll squeeze that one onto my schedule to avail of the freebies =P.

Like most modern MMORPG games, it includes a skill and class system, PvP system, and a guild system.
